New to the Studio? Important information to know:

 

    • Please arrive on time to class. Safely warming up your body is very important. If you've missed the warm up, it can be dangerous for you to jump in. Therefore, the instructor reserves the right to turn away late comers (10 min or more) to class and session will be forfeited or no show fee may apply.

• Never been on a Reformer before? A private session is the best way to get started to learn the apparatus, correct alignment and exercises. This is especially important if you have any injuries or recovering from any surgeries. We offer a first time intro private session at the discounted rate of $50. (regularly $85). Please email info@whitehousepilates.com your preferred day, time and location for your initial private session and we will check[ our instructor availability and get you started. 

• Group Classes: We require a minimum of 2 attendees for the class to occur. 

You will be notified via email or text message if the class is canceled, please make sure you have opted in to receive email/text notifications. If the class is canceled due to not meeting required minimum attendance, then that class is automatically placed back in your account to use at a future date. To ensure your class time is not canceled, sign up for a class time that already has existing reservations. 

    • We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. 

If you must cancel your Group Class Reservation, please use the online system or our free app on your smartphone- this will automatically alert the client that is on the wait list that a spot is now open. Unlimited Member, a $25 fee is is charged to your card on file if you cancel or no show to a class within the 24 hour window. Package Clients: If you cancel yo ur class within 24 hours or do not show up- your session is forfeited. 

    • Wait List: If a class is full, you can still sign up and the system will add you to the wait list. If you know you are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist as you could be automatically added within the 24 hour cancellation window. 

    • All Sales are final. Class times and instructor availability is subject to change both with or without notice. When you purchase classes and sessions you are paying for a service and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

 

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone.
