Caroline grew up in Columbus, OH. She is a wife and mother of 2 kids and 2 dogs. A former professional dancer, she has a Fine Arts degree from Ohio University, multiple certifications in Pilates and Yoga. Caroline has practiced Pilates for 29 years and became a 2nd Generation Master Trainer in 2013. She has certified hundreds of Pilates Instructors, and operates 4 White House Pilates studio locations in Los Angeles, CA and Sarasota, FL.
