Caroline Londergan was the first to introduce the amazing benefits of Pilates to The White House, the United States Secret Service, and the Washington D.C. SWAT Team. Over the two year contract with The White House she designed personalized Pilates and Yoga sessions for the members of Capital Hill, CIA Agents, Secret Service Agents and White House Officials.
Most recently, Caroline was chosen to study with distinguished Pilates Elder, Lolita San Miguel, over a two year period to become a 2nd Generation Pilates Master Teacher. Ms. Miguel is the only remaining descendent to receive a Pilates Certificate from Joseph Pilates himself. Caroline traveled to Monchengladbach, Germany with Ms. Miguel for the Annual Pilates International Congress to honor Joseph Pilates place of birth and demonstrated exercises on stage with Ms. Miguel during her opening Mat Class. After multiple trips to mentor with Lolita San Miguel in Florida, she graduated the Master Mentor Program in 2013.
Over the last 20 years, Caroline studied multiple classical and contemporary teaching methods of Pilates including Romana's Pilates, The PhysicalMind Institute/The Method Pilates, STOTT Pilates, and Balanced Body University. Caroline's certifications include Pilates Mat, 500+ hour Comphrensive Pilates Apparatus, Protocols of Osteoporosis, Muscle Imbalance Assessment and Correction, Gait Analysis, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates for Pregnancy through the Pilates Method Alliance. She also has extensive training and clinical experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation, sports conditioning, and scoliosis correction. She received her 200 RYT through the Yoga Alliance in 2006. This knowledge gives her the ablity to analyze and solve the bodies' unique intricacies, while decoding many different movement patterns and misalignments.
Caroline has worked with many athletes, dancers, and celebrities, as well as those young, old, injured and healthy. She is honored to pass on the incredible teachings of Joseph Pilates to her clients and teacher training students. Caroline believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing her clients achieve profound physical changes while grasping the miraculous mental connections of the mind and body working harmoniously. Caroline embodies a healthy and active lifestyle. She values learning and continues her Pilates education through the Pilates Method Alliance accredited workshops. Caroline is the Pilates expert contributor for the Los Angeles Examiner.
In addition to Pilates, Caroline was a professional dancer for over 8 years. She graduated cum laude with a BFA in Dance Performance, Choreography, and Education from Ohio University. After eight years of touring and dancing professionally all over the country, she opened White House Pilates in Hermosa Beach in 2009. The White House Pilates locations in Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach opened in 2012 and most recently the Torrance location was developed in 2017. She established the White House Pilates Teacher Training Program in 2013. I started my Pilates journey in 2016 after moving to the United States. It was incredible to feel the relationship between body and mind and how it transformed my posture, strength, body awareness and spirit.
After a few years of practicing on the reformer chair and tower and with the incredible benefits of the Joseph Pilates method and the focused movements I fell in love with the method so I decided to deepen my knowledge and share it with others.
I completed my instructor training at White House Pilates and now I’m excited about helping clients develop more body awareness and strength.
In my spare time I like riding my bicycle on the strand and going with my husband on motorcycle rides exploring the mountains and valleys, I also enjoy travelling.
I’m so enthusiastic about helping others become healthy and strong as Pilates helped me. ~Rania
Steve was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Nuclear Engineering. His first job after graduation was working for the Navy on nuclear powered fast attack submarines. He later joined an El Segundo based satellite company as a spacecraft power systems engineer. Steve has always enjoyed various fitness activities. He obtained his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do from 9th degree Black Belt and Grand Master Young Yee. And for the past 10 years he has also practiced Ashtanga Yoga. After a shoulder injury, he came to White House Pilates in hopes of strengthening his shoulder. After a few weeks he was so impressed at not only how much better his shoulder was but that all his muscles felt stronger and more flexible. This motivated him to join the White House Pilates Teachers Certification Program so that he could learn in detail all of the various Pilates exercises. Steve really enjoys teaching clients that are new to Pilates. He likes covering the fundamentals so that each exercise is done correctly and safely. Steve’s goal is to ensure each client has a challenging and safe workout that is personalized to their goals.

Within weeks of her first Pilates class, Deborah fell in love with the strength, alignment, and all-around mental clarity that had been lacking in her usual workout routine. Finally able to correct the damage to her body working 24-hour shifts as an EMT in Inglewood had caused, Deborah wanted to know even more about this new mind-body-spirit connection she found. Through the WHP Teacher Training Program, she further learned how to also apply Joseph Pilates’ teachings outside of the studio via proper nutrition, positive thinking, adequate rest, and sunshine.
From practicing yoga to Muay Thai to CrossFit, Deborah knows all too well how bad form can quickly cause injury and sideline you. She’s found that movement in Pilates allows her to hold yoga poses longer, kick a heavy bag with greater balance, and lift weights with better form.
She loves a challenging and sweaty workout just as much as the next person, and as an instructor, Deborah wants her clients to have fun as they grow in strength and energy. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her down at the beach, hiking in the mountains, or kickboxing.

Amy graduated St. Louis University with a Bachelors of Science in Nuclear Medicine and has worked in the medical profession since 2002. Her extensive love for fitness and nutrition reaches back to childhood and she became an avid "gym rat" since she started working at gym 18 yrs ago. She moved to Texas and continued to workout at training facilities and would train her friends in her spare time. It wasn't until after the birth of her son in 2011 that she found her new passion in pilates. She moved from Austin Texas to the South Bay and stumbled upon White House Pilates where her new obsession lead to joining the teacher training program. She credits pilates for creating a longer and leaner physique. In an effort to share her passion for pilates, she decided to become an instructor. When she's not working or spending time with her son, you can find her on the beach playing volleyball.
