The Mat work is truly the heart and soul of the Pilates method. These exercises are woven throughout all the equipment classes. Our highly trained instructors offer modifications to help beginners through this challenging workout. Get ready to move!

Our Tower Class combines the essential Pilates Mat work with spring loaded resistance. The spring load attached to the Tower allows for either assistance or challenge during a given exercise. The work on the Tower can also be done on the full-size Cadillac or Trapeze Table.
The Pilates Method is a systematic approach. Joseph Pilates intended for his students to experience and utilize the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac (Tower), Chair, and Barrels to encompass the full benefit of his method, Contrology.
In respect for our loyal clientele: If you have never experienced the apparatus, please sign up for an Intro Private or a designated beginner level class instead.
If you have any physical limitations or injuries, your first session MUST be a private appointment. We offer affordable Introductory Specials, please contact us to set up your one-on-one appointment.
Our Certified Instructors will offer guidance through a series of exercises specifically tailored to match your ability level. The small class size guarantees that you'll receive plenty of guidance and support from our experienced instructors.
Jump to the beat... Work up a sweat and add a little cardio to your life! Our Jump Board class is a fun and challenging alternative method to spice up your old boring cardio routine. Come enjoy an intense, efficient, low impact workout that will raise your heart rate and simulaneouly work your core.
Please Note: Jump Board is a high energy and Intermediate level class. Therefore, individuals that are injury free and have previous Pilates Reformer experience is highly recommended for this class.
